Spectrum Power Management Systems Relocates

Fairview, PA - April 24, 2007 - Spectrum Power Management Systems, a leading source for innovative solutions that distribute and manage power to AC and DC infrastructure equipment, is relocating their manufacturing, logistics and headquarters operations to State College, Pennsylvania. The new facility features a 25,000 square foot manufacturing center, which will be dedicated to the design and integration of power distribution and circuit protection equipment. The move to State College positions Spectrum to better serve the Federal Government Sector and several key domestic accounts.

This relocation is part of an overall effort to create a larger, more focused manufacturing and logistics management operation located closer to targeted industries. Spectrum Power Management Systems provides power distribution solutions for systems requiring distribution of power or for those that require circuit protection and/or power cycling. Spectrum offers standard products and custom solutions for Federal IT and Defense & Homeland Security related hardware and infrastructure equipment.

In their new facility, Spectrum Power Management Systems will have additional available capacity to allow for future growth. State College's educational facilities and scientific community will provide many benefits for the future evolution of Spectrum Power Management Systems. The increase in square footage and reconfiguration of engineering/manufacturing will allow Spectrum greater flexibility to enhance standard products with minor modifications to "OTS" modules.
