Specialty Soldering Equipment Section Added to Manncorp Website
A new series of low-cost bench-top machines and accessories employing varying techniques to solder or desolder board components has been added to manncorp.com. By clicking on "Specialty Soldering Equipment" on the home page product menu, visitors will access six newly added products designed for low to mid-volume PCB assemblers.
The section includes "Auto Dip," an automatic low-cost lead-free solder dipping machine that processes single boards or pallets up to 19.3" x 12.5" (4900, x 3200mm); "Hot Jet 05," an SMD rework and soldering system with precisely controlled hot air for faster, simpler manual soldering; "Hot Beam 03," an IR underheater that pre-heats the entire board for reliable lead-free manual soldering; the 855 rework station with 5-zone reflow to solder or desolder, with a 10-profile recall; System 120 mini wave machine for selective soldering or desoldering of through-hole parts, and the 100 IR/hot air lead-free reflow oven -- temperature adjustable to 350ºC with a work area of 9" x 13" (330 x 230mm).
