Southland Equipment Service, Inc. is proud to carry and install the Softwall Parition Solving by Soper, solving Dirt & Dust Problem at Beverage Packaging Company
The customer, a beverage packaging company, had a problem with dirt and dust entering its processing area from its raw materials warehouse. They required a cleaner environment due to health and safety concerns.
To solve the problem, we provided the customer with a Softwall partition to separate the processing area from the warehousing operations. The L-shaped Softwall partition comprises of two sections: one 50 feet wide, the other 120 feet wide. Along the 50 foot section, the Softwall partition is incorporated into an existing wall and measures 21 feet from the top of the wall to the top of the upper I-beam. The 120 foot section of Softwall partition is complete floor-to-ceiling and measures almost 33 feet in height.
The Softwall partition is manufactured of 19 oz. vinyl coated polyester and includes two Clearflex strip curtains for easy access. Soper's was pleased to provide the customer with a complete turnkey (design, manufacture, and install) Softwall solution.
