Southern Weaving Company is recruiting talent that brings experience and expertise from other industries that complements the existing team's superb industry knowledge and vendor relationships with the company's customers. Among recent additions is Southern Weaving Company's new CEO Jim Posa who brings with him 20 years of general management, operations, sales/marketing, and business development experience.
Southern Weaving Company hopes new business growth will continue to bring new jobs to Upstate South Carolina. With facilities in Greenville, Anderson, and Easley, South Carolina as well as Collingwood, Ontario, Southern Weaving currently employs nearly 250 people. The recent consolidation of the Tarboro, NC facility with the Greenville, SC facility in addition to the re-opening of the Easley facility resulted in the creation of over 30 new jobs in the Upstate. In the upcoming year, Southern Weaving Company is looking forward to growth through tackling new markets while continuing to provide the best quality and service in the industry to its core markets.
