QUADRO ENGINEERING CORP. - BOOTH NO.: 7407, will be showcasing a range of their solids processing equipment at Process Expo 2009, in the Las Vegas Convention Center (October 5 - 7, 2009).
For laboratory, research and development work, Quadro will be featuring the Quadro® Comil® U5 lab model. Quadro's versatile laboratory lines allow scalable repeatability, emit low heat and dust, achieve an optimum particle distribution, and are easy-to clean and user-friendly.
For large scale processing, Quadro will be featuring our popular Quadro® Comil® Overdriven model. The Comil® is used in major manufacturing facilities in the Food, Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Personal Care industries in more than 80 countries around the world for uniform size reduction (wet, dry, heat-sensitive, sticky, fatty) sieving/screening, deagglomeration/delumping and homogeneous dispersion/mixing. The Quadro® FlexSift offers a compact, in-line, high-capacity, vibration-free solution for today's efficiency-minded food manufacturers. The Quadro® FlexSift's compact design easily fits in-line with existing bulk bag unloaders. As the FlexSift® is a vibration-free technology, it does not interfere with load cells mounted on equipment or weigh scales. The quick screen/mesh changeover capabilities of the FlexSift decreases down-time between product changes increasing the number of batches that can be produced, thereby helping to maximize lean manufacturing initiatives. Typical applications in the Food Industry include salt/sugar delumping, flour/cocoa powder deagglomeration, and security screening of food flavorings.
