On Wednesday October 21st, 2009 SJE Rhombus®, a global manufacturer of water and wastewater controls hosted the Minnesota Chapter of the Society of Professional Engineers including Ulteig Engineering at their corporate facility located in Detroit Lakes, MN. Laurie Lewandowski, SJE's CEO greeted the group with opening remarks. Marty Grabarkewitz, SJE's Senior Industrial Controls Engineer provided the group with training on "Engineered Municipal Control Panel Considerations" including; UL listings, enclosure types, pump motor starters, branch circuit protection, level control options, and telemetry. Melissa Lage, SJE's Chief Marketing Officer introduced the group to SJE's ceramic MBR technology and Paul Nistler, SJE's Engineered Custom Panel Team Manager provided the group with a factory tour of SJE's 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility.
