OpenScape Business delivers voice, UC, web collaboration, mobility and seamless integration into office applications in a unique all-in-one solution for single and multi-site SMBs. It is the first solution introduced under the new OpenScape Business portfolio, building on the best features of the existing HiPath 3000 and OpenScape Office SMB solutions. Plus, for customers currently using OpenScape Office or HiPath 3000, OpenScape Business offers a simple and cost-effective migration to UC, while still leveraging their current investment.
OpenScape Business is easily scalable as an SMB's business grows and its telephony and communications needs change. Regardless of the telecommunications protocol a business is using, OpenScape Business is unique in offering a single platform to address their UC needs, protecting their investment and simplifying deployment. Customers currently using TDM are supported with voice with IM and presence built in, and if they later choose to add IP it can easily be added at the customer's pace to realize full UC functionality, without having to buy a new platform. Additionally, the solution's intuitive web-based management tools simplify installation, management and upgrades.
