McLean, VA . . . Show management for IMTS - The International Manufacturing Technology Show announces Convention Data Services (CDS) as the new partner who will provide attendee registration and exhibitor lead retrieval services for IMTS 2010.
CDS provides state-of-the-art registration, database management, exhibitor lead retrieval services and event marketing to the trade show industry.
"Our goal for IMTS is to be the best overall show experience for our exhibitors," said Peter Eelman, IMTS Vice President - Exhibitions. "Reliable registration and lead retrieval are critical to the show's success. CDS stays current with technology and is willing to do what we need to take IMTS to the next level."
The IMTS Show Committee, after a subcommittee reviewed all needs, desires and options, voted to make this change. "The IMTS show committee is enthused to collaborating with CDS for the 2010 show and hope this is the beginning of a long-term partnership," commented John Memmelaar, Jr., Vice President, Royal Master Grinders, Inc. and member of the IMTS Show Committee. "IMTS hosts over 1200 exhibiting companies, many with different requirements for lead retrieval. The approach that CDS has presented is a great program that will meet the needs of all exhibitors."
As part of the IMTS program, CDS will provide optical scanning technology for lead capturing and a full range of state-of-the-art lead retrieval products. CDS will work with IMTS exhibitors who have proprietary lead management systems to make certain the technologies can work together. The company's team of professionals will take a unique hands-on-approach to customer service by creating a personalized call center, a custom approach to web development and complete onsite support.
