Tonawanda, NY - September 20, 2010: Sherex Fastening Solutions, an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of blind rivet nuts, announced today that Margaret Schwindler is named to the position of Sales Support.
Margaret Schwindler joins Sherex Fastening Solutions from Ingram Micro, where she spent 15 years acting as a liaison between customer service and various global and domestic departments. Margaret spent her first few years at Ingram Micro handling and resolving customer inquiries along with training new team members. Margaret's experience also includes 5 years of handling all code specifics for Ingram including vendor credits and direct ship traces, which led to her being named representative of the year in 1999.
From 2000 to 2003 Margaret became an assigned account representative in which she managed one of Ingram Micros top five clients. In this position Margaret handled onsite training for the client at their corporate headquarters. She also has 7 years of experience as a Customer Care Champ Strategic VAR where she supported the Sales organization in handling all complex customer services issues and assessing key customer and vendor opportunities.
