Large bore shaft collars that are suitable for all types of large-scale construction, manufacturing, processing, and material handling equipment are available from Stafford Manufacturing Corp. of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
Stafford Large Bore Shaft Collars are offered in one- and two-piece config-urations in inch, metric, and pipe sizes up to 16" I.D. and varying O.D.'s. Manufactured to specification from steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and other alloys, they feature smooth bores, widths from 1/2" to 20", and large alloy socket cap screws in sizes up to 1"-8 for optimum holding power.
Ideal for heavy-duty applications including mixing and processing equip-ment, construction and excavating machinery, and mining conveyors, Stafford Large Bore Shaft Collars can be modified with threaded bores, keyways, and special bore contours. Tapped holes on the face or O.D. for mounting components, flats, and other special treatments can also be provided.
