Severn Trent Services Helps Celebrate National Drinking Water Week with EPA and Delaware Rural Water Association


Severn Trent Services has donated water treatment equipment for a mobile training unit for small water treatment systems

FORT WASHINGTON , Pa. - May 8, 2006 - In celebration of National Drinking Water Week, May 7-13, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host an event to promote public awareness and highlight the importance of water. The Delaware Rural Water Association will provide a real-time water treatment demonstration from its mobile training unit for small drinking water systems. The event will be held Wednesday, May 10 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Woodrow Wilson Plaza / Reagan Building Courtyard, 300 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.

Severn Trent Services has donated water treatment equipment for use in the mobile training unit, including a Capital Controls® vacuum regulator, Microchem®2 analyzer/controller, fluoride cell and scale.

National Drinking Water Week promotes awareness of U.S. drinking water.
