Service Network Inc.
243 Stafford St., Bldg. 3
Worcester, MA, 01603
USA

Press release date: January 17, 2006

Worcester, MA: Service Network, Inc. (SNI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Precision Machine Tools, Inc. as their exclusive representative for the Northeast region. Their principle, Mr. William J. Alexander will be responsible for all sales and marketing contacts in the states of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. He will also handle select accounts in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Alexander will work out of his Vermont office and can be contacted at:

Precision Machine Tools, Inc. 11 Commonwealth Ave. Ludlow, VT 05149 802-228-7521 wjalex@adelphia.net

The specialization of Precision Machine Tools and Mr. Alexander's knowledge of grinding processes make his company an ideal fit for SNI. Manufacturers are increasingly relying on SNI's ability to supply turnkey grinding systems, including the machine, tooling, and process. SNI has grown in part due to the contributions of specialized representatives, such as Precision Machine Tools, who are more effective at marketing SNI's grinding process and turnkey capability than traditional, broad-line machine tool distributors.

Mr. Alexander brings to SNI over 25 years of grinding experience. After receiving a BSME from WPI, he joined Cincinnati Milacron- Heald Division where he remained for 12 years in various roles in grinder design, applications engineering, and management. Upon Heald's closing, Alexander joined Bryant Grinder, where he served several roles, including management of quality assurance, customer service, and sales. Mr. Alexander founded Precision Machine Tools, Inc. in 2002, after Bryant Grinder closed.

Precision Machine Tools, Inc. joins SNI at a time of rapid growth, with SNI having recently announced an expansion in facilities. SNI's growth is in large part attributed to increased worldwide demand for its production internal and external grinders, the SN-I and SN-E series, along with its traditional business of remanufacturing, redesigning, and servicing Heald grinding machines.
