Sensata's Dimensions® Line of Power Inverters and Pressure Sensors for Engine and Hydraulic Controls to be Exhibited at ICUEE

LOUISVILLE, Ky., Oct. 16 / - Sensata Technologies is bringing its newest and broadest range of power supply and pressure sensing solutions for the industrial equipment market to the annual ICUEE trade show (Booth # 2505 & 1146) in Louisville, Ky.

"The construction and utility equipment markets are under pressure to meet both engine performance and fuel economy demands created by environmental requirements and fuel cost issues," said Don Drapeau, Dimensions business unit manager at Sensata Technologies. "Our line of DC-to-AC power inverters brings lower-cost, low-impact energy to job sites anywhere, anytime." The Sensata line of Dimensions® power inverters, now part of its Power Controls White Bear Lake group, is a result of its recent acquisition of Airpax Holdings, Inc.

"Dimensions is an important brand in this market, and this group's insight on and access to a broad range of construction and fleet equipment markets is a natural complement to our sensor and control solutions for this market," said Gregg Pestana, construction products marketing manager at Sensata Technologies.

Among the featured products being shown at ICUEE are: o Sensata Technologies Power Controls offers a complete line of reliable, efficient Dimensions® power inverters capable of powering virtually any type of equipment within their power rating. All 12 and 24 volt model of Dimensions® power inverters are UL and CUL listed for land vehicle use and are manufactured in the USA. o Sensata Technologies' line of PS-80 and P20PS pressure sensors are designed for robust and high pressure applications including construction equipment hydraulics and pneumatics and advance engine, transmission control systems.
