Englewood, NJ, July 2, 2007...The Fastening Division of APM HEXSEAL announced today the availability of their new 16-page catalog of high-pressure self-sealing fasteners with optional thread-locking options.
Designed to provide maximum sealing for gas & liquids to 20,000 psi internal/external, all fasteners are UL listed and are offered in a variety of popular types, (machine screws, bolts, nuts, rivets and self-sealing oversize washers). Each of the fasteners feature a pre-assembled silicone O-Ring embedded under the head in an asymmetrical groove. This proprietary design permits controlled compression and maximum reusability. For applications where vibration is also an issue, APM offers a full range of threadlocking add-ons (nylon pellets, strips and dry-patch coatings).
