The following Waldner Dosomat Inline and Rotary Cup Filling and Sealing Machines executed in the latest servo technology are assembled in the production hall at the Waldner factory in Wangen, Germany. It's the perfect time to plan a visit to Waldner to see these high performance machines in operation.
Dosomat 20.4 Inline
For filling gourmet salads into plastic cups, 2 different formats, automatic changeover to another format, closure by heat sealing film from rollstock and additional snap-on lidding. The machine is fed by a linear magazine. Two dosing systems are installed.

Dosomat 12.3 AS with Cup and Lid Sterilization
For filling fresh cheese, yogurt, cream etc. into different plastic cups. The cups are closed by sealing an aluminium lid and placing a snap-on lid onto the cup. Both a pre-dosing and a main-dosing system are mounted on the machine. The machine is equipped with a laminar airflow hood, the cups and lids are sterilized by H2O2. Quick-release system enables fast changeover to other formats.

Dosomat 12.4 with Wrap-around Packer
For filling butter and dairy products into oval and rectangular plastic cups with closure by heat sealing an aluminium lid, placing a publicity leaflet on top of the lid and an additional snap-on lidding. The machine is equipped with a laminar airflow hood. Once the cups have passed the Dosomat machine they are transferred to a wrap-around packer which packs them into a carton.

Dosomat 20.8 Inline High Performance Machine with Integrated Packer
For filling yogurt /dairy products into plastic cups with closure by heat sealing an aluminium lid with additional snap-on lidding. The machine is fed by a linear magazine. Covered by a laminar airflow hood in the filling and closing area. The closed cups are placed into plastic trays by grippers in an arrangement of 4 x 3 and then discharged by a conveyor belt.

Dosomat 12.3 AS with Cup and Lid Sterilization
For filling dairy products into one kilogram buckets with handle. Closure by heat sealing plastic film from rollstock and an additional snap-on lid. The machine is equipped with a laminar airflow hood. The cups are sterilized by H2O2 and the lids by a high performance UVC radiator. The buckets are then transferred to a packer which packs them into cartons in a 2 x 3 arrangement.
