BREWERTON, NY (JANUARY, 2008) -Schneider Packaging Equipment Company offers innovations for the paper industry: automatic side and bottom loaders for rolled, folded paper, napkins and hard wound towels, and will be exhibiting at Tissue World, Miami Beach Convention Center, March 11-14, 2008, booth # 995.
Schneider's horizontal or vertical configuration case packers significantly reduce operator interface and manual labor by automatically lifting and orienting knockdown case bundles. Multiple 48" bundles can be staged and are automatically fed into the case magazine, significantly reducing operator interface and potential injury.
Schneider's HCP horizontal side loader for rolled and folded product has an automatic KDF (Knocked Down Flat) system with speeds of up to 20 + CPM. Schneider's VCP bottom loader for napkins and hard wound towel has an auto KDF bundle lift system with speeds up to 18 CPM packing speed.
