Schlueter Named Vice President, Laser for TRUMPF Inc.
FARMINGTON, Conn., July 17, 2006 - TRUMPF has announced a new management structure at TRUMPF Photonics. Mr. Friedhelm Dorsch and Dr. Alexander Ebert have been appointed as managing directors at TRUMPF Photonics. Together they will manage all functions at the manufacturer of high-power diode laser sources located near Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Dorsch and Dr. Ebert will both report directly to Rolf Biekert, president and CEO of TRUMPF Inc.
Former TRUMPF Photonics Inc. General Manager Dr. Holger Schlueter has been named as vice president, laser for TRUMPF Inc., a subsidiary of the TRUMPF Group, the world market and technology leader in lasers and laser systems for manufacturing technology. In this new role, Dr. Schlueter will oversee all laser-related manufacturing, research and development at TRUMPF Inc.
