Schleuniger, a leading international manufacturer of wire processing machines, will be demonstrating select equipment from its comprehensive line of solutions at Expo Manufactura 2013 on February 5-7 in Cintermex, Monterrey, N.L. Mexico. Expo Manufactura gathers more than 8,000 professionals from large, medium and small manufacturing companies searching for production solutions. Schleuniger will be at booth #111 providing hands-on demonstrations of innovative solutions for stripping, cutting, sealing, crimping and marking of all types of wire and cable.
Schleuniger's demonstration will include the innovative UniStrip 2300 programmable stripping machine. This machine does not require any mechanical adjustments to process different wire sizes and with its proven accuracy and repeatability, it has become the machine of choice for those looking for extreme reliability. Other popular machines that will be part of the exhibition include the EcoStrip 9300, an economic and efficient automatic cut and strip machine and the EcoCut 3200, an automatic cutting machine known for its outstanding quality.
Schleuniger will also showcase the RotaryStrip 2400 and UniStrip 2550, the latest additions to its line of bench top stripping equipment. The RotaryStrip 2400 is the next generation single conductor wire stripping machine which easily strips Teflon, Kapton and Fiberglass insulated wires with optional twisting of the inner strands. The flexible UniStrip 2550 is uniquely designed to process an expanded range of applications. The machine comes standard with V-blades, the optimum solution for stripping most wires without having to change blades. Yet, is also able to use radius, die or flat blades, making the UniStrip 2550 perfect for difficult to strip insulations such as Teflon, Kapton and Kynar.
Additional products to be demonstrated include the UniStrip 2015, EcoStrip 9320, HotStamp 4140, PreFreeder 2200, EcoCut 3200, EcoCut 3300 and PullTester 20.
