Sartomer Adds New Customer Service Manager


EXTON, Pa., April 30, 2012 - Sartomer USA, LLC has appointed Elaine Anderson as its new customer service manager, where she will be responsible for developing meaningful customer service standards, determining the training and development needs of the Customer Service Department, and promoting strong communication between customer service and all internal and external customers. She reports to Larry Athens, vice president of operations.

Anderson assumes her new position after covering various territories and spending the last three years as Sartomer's domestic customer service group leader. She joined Sartomer in 1987 and served as a senior credit representative, and later, customer service representative.

Anderson received the Customer Service of the Year award in 2007 and earned a Leadership Development Program certificate from Darrow & Associates in 2010.
