Push button and Stopper® Station Shield with sound and transmitter (SS-22B1PO) from STI covers a wide range of applications.
STI Stopper® Station Push-to-Activate and Key-to-Reset button (SS-2201PO) has interchangeable or replaceable N.O. or N.C., SPST gold-plated contact blocks rated for 3 amps @ 600 VAC or 1 amp @ 250 VDC. Housing is molded of tough polycarbonate, has an "EMERGENCY POWER OFF" label and includes a stainless steel backplate.
Buttons protective shield combats against vandalism and accidental damage. When the supervised wireless Stopper Station Shield (STI-6517SW) is lifted to gain access to the button, a 65 or 85 dB alert sounds and a signal is sent to the receiver (requires STI's 4 or 8-Channel Receiver). The shield is specifically designed to mount directly onto the STI Stopper Station series of buttons. Molded of clear, tough polycarbonate material it incorporates the same curved shape of the button, making it ideal protection for when space is limited. The polycarbonate is backed by a three year guarantee against breakage in normal use (one year on electro mechanical and electronic components).
