DEARBORN, Mich., March 19, 2007 - The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) recently announced the return of SOUTH-TEC to the Charlotte Convention Center on October 2-4, 2007. SOUTH-TEC features the latest technologies and more industries including SME Motorsports Charlotte. SME Motorsports Charlotte exhibits are geared towards motorsports manufacturers in need of technologies and processes necessary to compete and win. SOUTH-TEC combines the best the Southeast region has to offer and features 90,000 square feet, 330 exhibits featuring the latest manufacturing equipment and applications and a conference.
SOUTH-TEC presents a unique opportunity for Southeast manufacturers, looking for the latest metalworking technologies to help them keep their competitive edge. This includes traditional equipment such as machining centers, cutting tools and lathes.
