SKF has been awarded the Excellent Supplier of 2009 by Goldwind, one of the largest companies of wind energy equipment. The award was received during Goldwind's Annual Supplier Conference. About 60 of Goldwind's major suppliers attended the conference, among which three received the Excellent Supplier Award.

Goldwind and SKF have worked closely together for many years and signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement in 2007 with the ambition to strengthen the cooperation even further.
