S&E Specialty Polymers Announces Management Team Appointments

Lunenburg, Mass. (July 29, 2010) . . . S&E Specialty Polymers, a leading producer of plastic compounds, has made several appointments to its management team. These appointments reflect the company's continued organizational refinement to keep up with growth and better serve its customers.
Recent management appointments include:
-Duane Shooltz, Chief Operating Officer: formerly Senior Vice President at Gastite, a division of Smith Industries, Shooltz is responsible for all operations at S&E. He reports to Steve Graham, President & Chief Executive Officer.
-Tony Pham, Controller: Pham joined S&E from Clearplas in Lunenburg, Mass. He is responsible for all financial operations for S&E. He reports directly to Shooltz.
-Bob Woodward, Senior Chemist: Woodward joined S&E after 25 years at J-Von LLC. He reports to Ilia Charlat, Vice President of Research & Development.
The following people all will report to Duane Shooltz:
-Dave Minardi, Operations Manager: an employee of S&E since the company's founding in 2004, Minardi has worked for 13 years in the plastics industry. He is responsible for materials management and purchasing.
-Steve Anderson, Manager of Color Development: before joining S&E Anderson worked for 14 years at Uniform Color Corporation, where he was Senior Colorist.
-Nick Semenza, Chemist: Semenza was President of CCC (Colors, Compounds and Consultants) Corporation in Seabrook, NH before joining S&E.
