BURBANK, Calif., Sept. 23 --Ryan Herco Flow Solutions (www.rhfs.com) has acquired the assets of Corrosion Products & Equipment, Inc. Piping Products Division (www.corrosion-products.com) headquartered in Rochester, New York.
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, a national leader in the distribution of corrosion-resistant and ultra-pure engineered piping systems, flow control, automation, and fluid handling products expands its national footprint to include New York and New England markets. This latest endeavor strengthens Ryan Herco Flow Solutions position across additional key market segments such as General Industrial, Chemical, Water, Waste and Semiconductor. Customers will benefit from the expanded offering of high quality brand products, leading edge technologies and tailored services through Ryan Herco Flow Solutions' best in class business systems, Advanced Customer Service (ACS) and logistics solutions.
Corrosion Products & Equipment, Inc. will continue operating its remaining divisions (Pump and Seal Distribution, Pump Repair, Coatings and Linings, Manufactured Systems, and Specialty Construction Services) under its current umbrella of ownership with no affiliation to RHFS.
