Rulli Rulmeca Acquires 100% of Melco
December 6, 2006, Rulli Rulmeca S.p.A., headquarters of the Rulmeca Group, announced the acquisition of Melco Conveyor Equipment, a well known South African roller manufacturer. This acquisition allows Rulmeca to enter new geographic markets (mainly Africa and Australia) and integrate Melco products into the company's portfolio.
Furthermore, Rulmeca's existing products (e.g. Motorized Pulleys) will become part of the Melco offering in the South African market. Melco Acquisition
