2009 ISSA Attendees Vote Rubbermaid Commercial Products Best in Customer Service
Winchester, VA (November 17, 2009) - Rubbermaid Commercial Products, the leader in durable facility maintenance solutions, was awarded the 2009 ISSA Best Customer Service Award. The award was presented at the cleaning industry's largest trade show, the International Sanitary Supply Association/INTERCLEAN exhibition held October 6-9 in Chicago, Ill.
The ISSA Best in Customer Service Award is presented annually to the exhibitor that exceeds expectations by providing the best one-on-one interaction, innovative product demonstrations and overall customer service experience during the show. The distributors, building service contractors and in-house service providers attending this year's ISSA show cast their ballots in favor of Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the supplies category of booths 400 square feet or larger.
"This customer service award is a tremendous accomplishment given the quality of competition and individuals participating in the selection process," said Larry McIsaac, global president of Rubbermaid Commercial Products. Attendees at the 2009 ISSA Show saw the unveiling of a number of products from Rubbermaid Commercial Products and Technical Concepts (TC), including: OneShot counter mounted soap system; OneShot Foam soap system; AutoFoam wall-mounted soap and hand sanitizer; and AutoFaucet. Also on display was RCP's new Heavy-Duty Material Handling Carts & Trucks, consisting of 55 different products, and the HYGEN(TM) microfiber cleaning system.
