Ron Cosper Named President and COO of the Millennia Group, Inc.

Brings Award-Winning Tier-One Electronic Manufacturing Services Expertise to The Millennia Group's Three Divisions
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, January 14, 2008: Ron Cosper, formerly Vice President and General Manager of Millennia Technology, Inc. (MTI), has been promoted to President and COO of MTI's parent corporation, The Millennia Group, Inc., a vertically integrated organization consisting of MTI, a full-service electronic manufacturing services provider; Triangle Circuits; a printed circuit board manufacturer; and Millennia Design, an engineering and design services company.
An operations expert and strong advocate for Lean Six Sigma, Cosper brings to The Millennia Group more than 30 years' Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience.
During his one year as MTI Vice President and General Manager, the organization achieved major advances in streamlining operations and improving quality performance. Through Cosper's leadership and the focused effort of the entire staff, MTI's manufacturing cycle was reduced by 80 percent, work in progress was reduced by 55 percent, inventory was reduced by 50 percent and productivity was increased 25 percent. With these manufacturing improvements, MTI is able to offer its customers faster delivery schedules and more flexibility and responsiveness in meeting their needs.
Won Coveted Shingo Prize
Cosper came to The Millennia Group in January 2007 from Celestica Corporation, a $10 billion, global, tier-one EMS provider headquartered in Toronto, Canada, where he served throughout 2006 as Merger & Acquisition Leader for Celestica's Americas Region. From 2003 to 2005, he was General Manager of Celestica's Mexico Region, where his Monterrey, Mexico, campus was awarded the coveted Shingo Prize, regarded as the "Nobel Prize for Lean Manufacturing Excellence." Cosper was promoted to the Mexico Region from Celestica's Raleigh, NC, facility, where he was General Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2002, he won the President's Award for establishing several corporate best practices, including NPI Cycle-Time, Inventory Control, On-Time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
Prior to Celestica, Cosper was General Manager of VisiCom Manufacturing Technologies in Golden, CO, for three years, and Vice President of Operations at IEC Electronics Corporation in upstate New York for 6 years. He also spent almost 12 years in Huntsville, AL, where he held senior management positions with several companies, including Avco (later changed to Avex) Electronics, and SCI Systems.

Cosper is a graduate of Tarleton State University, a part of the Texas A&M University System, and holds a BS Degree in Physics/Mathematics. A Distinguished Military Graduate, he served a tour of duty in Vietnam, and received numerous awards for gallantry in action, including the Silver Star and Bronze Star.
