Burlington, WI (August 4, 2006) - NEL Frequency Controls is pleased to announce that Roman Boroditsky has joined the company as Technology Director. In his new position, Boroditsky is responsible for overseeing the company's new product and market development efforts.

Boroditsky has nearly thirty years of experience in designing and developing frequency control products. He has worked with other companies in the field, including Valpey-Fisher Co. and Raltron Electronics. Boroditsky earned his MSEE degree from the Minsk Radio-Engineering Institute in Minsk, USSR. He holds two patents and has published numerous articles related to oscillator design and applications.
