Roamware Appoints Eran Pilovsky as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

21st January 2008 - Roamware Inc, the global market leader in mobile roaming and media solutions announced today that Eran Pilovsky has joined the company as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Pilovsky brings over 20 years of Silicon Valley financial management and leadership experience and will be responsible for Roamware's global financial, administrative and corporate development activities.

Prior to joining Roamware, from 2005 to January 2008, Eran was the CFO of Aperto Networks, Inc., a leading WiMAX systems company where he led several venture financing rounds at Aperto totaling $46 million. From 2002 to 2005, Eran was the VP Finance and CFO of Blue Martini Software, a NASDAQ-listed enterprise software company. Eran provided the financial leadership resulting in the 2005 acquisition by Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to Blue Martini Eran served as CFO of Vyyo Inc., a NASDAQ-listed supplier of broadband wireless systems where he led the IPO and Secondary offering in 2000, raising over $230 million. Prior to that, Eran was a Partner with Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, California, where he spent over 14 years. At E&Y, Eran participated as an advisor in over 30 public offerings and M&A transactions of technology companies.
Eran is a cum laude graduate of the University of San Francisco, with a BS in Business Administration; and is a Certified Public Accountant.
