(St. Paul, MN - March 14, 2011) Bob Hoffman, Manufacturing Vice President of Interplastic Corporation announced that Richard Sutkowski has joined the Thermoset Resins Division management team as Plant Manager for the Hawthorne, California manufacturing facility. Richard will be responsible for the planning, direction, management, and control of all manufacturing operations as well as working to continuously improve in the areas of profitability, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Richard brings to his new assignment over 20 years of experience within the polyester resin industry. Prior to joining Interplastic, Richard held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at BASF Corporation, Hexion Specialty Chemicals, and Lawter International. He is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago, Illinois with a B.S. in Chemistry.
