Reveille RealTime provides real-time monitoring of EMC Documentum users
ATLANTA, -- Reveille Software(TM), provider of the most widely-used experience and performance management (EPM) solution for enterprise content management (ECM) applications, has further enhanced its Reveille Management Console for Documentum. The solution now includes Reveille RealTime for Documentum, which monitors all Documentum Webtop D5.3, D6.0, and D6.5 and TaskSpace D6.5 transactions.
The packaged software solution proactively monitors EMC® Documentum® components, processes, user experiences, and business metrics to ensure a comprehensive view into the health of the business-critical application. In addition, Reveille Management Console provides companies with Documentum-specific analyses, including transaction volumes, user activity and repository activity - enabling companies to plan for capacity and usage patterns.
A key component of the Reveille Management Console for Documentum is Reveille's Application Performance Center (APC). The APC is a graphical executive dashboard that actively communicates the current service levels of Documentum users, applications and components across multiple disparate systems, regions and groups.
