Rencol's range of competitively priced plastic and metal handwheels has been extended. The high quality wheels are now available in a vast diversity of materials, diameters, colours and special options.
Materials include glass-filled nylon, die-cast aluminium, pressed steel and stainless steel, with diameters ranging from 100mm through to as large as 1000mm on request.
Special options include keyways, splines, taper bores and side holes for grub screws. Many models have revolving handles for extra leverage, some folding in. Stainless steel and powder coated RAL colour options are also available.
For products not in Rencol's standard ranges, the company can provide quotes from a sample or drawing and offer very competitive pricing, even if new tooling is required.
"We can provide this service thanks to our well established supply chain of manufacturing and design facilities in China, covering a broad range of manufacturing disciplines," said Tony Swash, Rencol's sales and marketing director.
All the special options are available in low minimum order quantities.
The handwheels are suitable for a wide range of applications, including for heavy machinery, manufacturing, woodworking machinery, and medical and hygiene equipment.
