Leslie, MI - Release Coating 7814 is a solvent-based mold release formulated for the release of compression molded recycled crumb rubber containing a polyurethane binder. This unique blend of hydrocarbon solvents dries quickly on the mold surface, providing optimal performance and saving time for manufacturers with fast process conditions.
Developed for rubber floor mats, acoustical flooring, anti-fatigue mats, removable speed bumps, wheel stops, traffic cones and lawn edging molded at 200-420°F, Release Coating 7814 provides:
- Exceptional release - Requiring less time in demolding operations
- Minimal build up - Extending the time molds remain in production
- Excellent surface appearance - Lower scrap rates as a result of release ease and improved surface finish
