The Liberator Carpet Recycler from Schutte-Buffalo Hammermill is an industrial hammer mill designed to offer the highest degree of fiber-backing liberation from pre-shredded carpet.
The Liberator is available in four standard sizes with screen areas ranging from 1680 to 5000 sq inches and throughput capacities up to 6,000 lbs/hr. Each model is constructed from heavy plate carbon steel and feature a unique hammer, screen and ribbed liner plate configuration developed specifically to allow for the greatest efficiency when processing nylon, nylon 6-6 or polypropylene.
