Rayven is Pleased to Announce the Addition of Jonathan Draxten to the Rayven Team
Rayven is pleased to announce the addition of Jonathan Draxten to the Rayven team as the new Quality and Process Engineering Manager. Jon will be responsible for all aspects quality management as well as supervision of our R & D and production process improvement initiatives.
Jon comes to us with over 20 years of experience in process development and quality management. He has Six Sigma and Lean experience, as well as years of R & D management expertise. "His statistical prowess and experience in ISO management will be instrumental in exceeding our ISO requirements and demands" voiced company president Joe Heinemann.
Jon brings exceptional hands-on experience in coatings related quality procedures and applications. He is goal oriented and his attention to detail allows him the ability to see clearly what needs to be done and the drive to make it happen. "His team approach and management style will support Rayven's philosophies and goals and will help to ensure our future success" explained Rayven's Vice President of Sales, Rick Mercado.
