GREENE, N.Y. - The Raymond Corporation has been named 2009 Partner of the Year by TopSource LLC, a division of Topco Associates LLC. TopSource offers not-for-resale strategic sourcing to companies in the retail, wholesale and food industries. Raymond is one of three suppliers to receive the award this year, and one of 250 suppliers that are part of the TopSource preferred supplier list.
TopSource is focused on helping businesses maximize value by working with world-class suppliers that are willing to work collaboratively with their customers. To receive the partnership award, TopSource suppliers must embrace these initiatives and demonstrate strength in a number of categories, including sales growth, customer service and meeting supplier requirements. Raymond's performance in these categories, coupled with its innovation and creativity in embracing the TopSource core values of service and support, helped the company secure the 2009 Partner of the Year award.
