"Ed Moore's extensive corporate and securities law experience, along with his long-term professional affiliation with RPM's management team, make him an ideal selection to be our new general counsel," Mr. Tompkins said. "I have known Ed for more than 20 years and look forward to working with him in this new position. Ed has represented RPM in numerous acquisitions and capital market transactions, as well as serving as the Board's lead outside attorney for the past several years," he said.

"We are delighted to have Ed Moore succeed Kelly Tompkins in this key risk management position," said Frank C. Sullivan, president and chief executive officer. "RPM's stockholders will benefit not only from Ed's proven legal skills, but also from his keen understanding of RPM's entrepreneurial management philosophy," he said.
