Since deploying the FloSuite Client Matter Inception (CMI) solution, RPC has seen the time it takes to bring on a new client or matter reduced from one day to just 15 minutes.
RPC, a top 50* City of London law firm, has more than 450 staff and offers a range of services to the full spectrum of corporate clients - from blue chip multi-nationals and PLCs to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
The firm selected FloSuite as their enterprise platform to manage and automate key business processes after an in-depth review of other solutions available in the marketplace. Their first deployment focused on New Client/Matter Inception processes, which integrate with their ADERANT Practice Management Solution, InterAction CRM solution and other key systems.
Following the success of this initial deployment, RPC will shortly be starting work on automating the billing processes and will consider potential case/matter management applications.
