This RFID document management solution,base on UHF, integrates RFID smart labels and multi-tag RFID reader to allow organisations to manage document more efficiently.
With the UHF rfid label adhesive on each document, information such as its location, the basic information can be tracked in real time. This RFID label has long-range identification up to 5m-6m and can be rewritten more than 100K times. It supports protocols ISO 18000-6C EPC Gen2,18000-6B,with a low price 0.32 USD.
As for the RFID Reader,DAILY RFID recommend the UHF RFID Reader DL910.Because this rfid reader uses anti-collision algorithm to enable automatic management of documents in a large number documents even if in pile. Besides, with long read range up to 12m, it allows users to find the correct document even if the file is stored in the wrong place.
Integrating RFID smart label and reader DL910, document management solution can be deployed and tracked automatically as the tagging documents checks in or out.
