REGO-FIX Tool Corp.
7752 Moller Rd.
Indianapolis, IN, 46268
USA

Press release date: April 19, 2011

Indianapolis, Indiana - REGO-FIX® will be showcasing a variety of high precision toolholding products at PMTS 2011. The company will display products in booth #1025 at the show, which takes place on April 19 - 21 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in Columbus, Ohio.

REGO-FIX's swissQuick toolholding system provides a wide range of flexible models in various types (ER 8 - ER 25) and clamping ranges (0.5 mm - 13 mm). The swissQuick system allows for faster tool changes and allows pre-setting of tool assemblies offline to maximize production time. swissQuick products are made from high tensile strength case-hardened steel to reduce wear and increase component life.

REGO-FIX will also be highlighting the benefits of its cylindrical holders, which are compatible with the company's ER collets and designed for various automatic machines. With a broad range of sizes (ER 8 - ER 40) and the ability to combine with other holders to extend cutting tools, the cylindrical holders are an ideal solution for small part machining.

Manufactured under tight tolerances, REGO-FIX cylindrical holders offer superior run-out of 0.0001" and achieve high repeatability. Each holder in the line features a distinct product marking to reduce tool selection errors and a lot number for product traceability.

REGO-FIX designs all of its components to work together interchangeably, resulting in the flexibility to create solutions that provide the best precision, balancing and tool life across a broad spectrum of applications.
