Quaker Plastics Names Keith Long to Head Custom Products Division
Schuylkill Haven, PA – Quaker Plastics, a division of Cardinal Systems, Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Long as National Sales Manager – Custom Products. Keith brings over 25 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and General Management to the company’s growing sector.
“We are delighted to have Keith on board in our plastics division. Keith's knowledge and experience will help to align us with our strategic goals and grow our business,” says Director of Sales Debra Haase.
Keith’s new responsibilities include developing sales strategies and business opportunities with new and existing customers. He has worked on projects from very small to the size of a large commercial aquarium with companies across a variety of applications and markets. His extensive knowledge in plastics, extrusion, thermoforming, machined and fabricated components and shapes is a perfect fit for the custom plastic projects he will be heading.
Keith is the father of an 18-year old daughter and a 23-year old son and lives in the greater Baltimore area. He enjoys sports, outdoors, trout fishing and history and is anxious to check out some of the great trout streams and historic sites in Pennsylvania.
“I look forward to helping the team aggressively grow the plastics business,” said Keith. “We have some great capabilities and people with the right attitude and I'm looking forward to channeling that to acquiring new business.”
