BRENTWOOD, Tenn., January 29, 2007-QuadraScan Technologies, LLC, today announced the addition of Warren C. Brown as senior vice president of business development, according to Scott Farrell, president of QuadraScan Technologies, LLC, headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn.

In making the announcement, Farrell said, "We are pleased to bring a person with the credentials of Warren Brown to the team. With this addition, we are taking a big step toward building the necessary infrastructure so that our company can effectively accomplish its goal of being a global supplier to the automotive industry."

Over the past 20 years, Brown has developed an expertise in creating, reorganizing and leading high performance business development teams in both Fortune 100 organizations and start-up companies. Brown comes to QuadraScan from The Downtown Group, a Brentwood based consulting company, where he was chief sales officer.

QuadraScan Technologies has developed patented technology that targets quality, production and manufacturing related problems. This solution can be utilized in diverse industries, and QuadraScan is currently focused on the global automotive industry.

The QuadraSonic Array(TM) locates water leak and wind-noise intrusion points in a nondestructive fashion-all accomplished without the cost, damage and environmental concerns associated with traditional processes. The QuadraSonic Array(TM) utilizes ultrasound energy to test the "sealed effectiveness" of all types of closed compartments. The Array technology measures "relative sound pressure" and is able to collect and archive data for the purposes of tracking and trending quality assurance programs.

QuadraScan Technologies is dedicated to the development of nondestructive, noninvasive and cost-effective leak detection. QuadraScan Technologies' mission is to bring to the assembly industry a failsafe diagnostic tool to positively impact both production and quality control.
