Cincinnati, OH - QC Industries recently extended the warranty on all new conveyors to five years, making it the best warranty in the low profile conveyor industry. This is another step in QC Industries' initiative to reduce customer maintenance costs.

Belts are pre-tensioned at the factory using a unique eccentric system that ensures proper belt tensioning - even after belt changes. The steel straight-knurl drive pulley is designed to prevent belt wear. QC Industries' lean manufacturing procedures require a rigorous quality inspection process prior to shipping.
