Dow Corning, a leader in silicon technology for the global pulp and paper industry, has named Catherine Huang as its new Asia market manager. Huang, who will be based in Shanghai, China, will be responsible for regional strategic planning and business development.

Before coming to Dow Corning, Huang held a position as a management consultant for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. She holds a bachelor's degree in international finance and a master's degree in enterprise management, both from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
