Proto-Cast Inc, In Douglassville, Pa had added two injection molding machines to improve productivity in Injection Molded Plastics to industry. The machines, a 165 Ton Cincinnati RoboShot and 330 ton Cincinnati RoboShot electric machines replace two early 1980's Engels that have served well but needed replacement as parts became impossible to get and too much maintenance time and money was being spent. Proto-Cast Inc has been providing Injection molded plastic parts and Plastic Molds to industry since 1959. We provide molded plastics in a wide range of engineered Thermoplastic materials:

In addition we manufacture plastic tooling. We have skilled toolmakers utilizing CAM and CNC equipment to build and maintain your tooling. We treat all of our customers' molds as if they were our children.
We produce soft and hard tooling - soft tooling being aluminum for smaller quantity requirements and hardened tooling for high production quantities. We are a full service molding facility, utilizing the latest technology to produce your parts as efficiently as possible. We are continuously exploring cost cutting measures to ensure our competitiveness in the global market place.
