Process Expo 2011 Expands Show Floor to Meet Strong Demand
McLean, VA - The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) announced today that it has expanded the show floor for PROCESS EXPO 2011 to 252,000 net square feet in the South Hall of McCormick Place to accommodate space requests from new exhibitors and existing exhibitors requesting space upgrades. PROCESS EXPO 2011 is scheduled for November 1- 4, 2011 in Chicago.
"Within six weeks after opening sales for the 2011 show, we realized we had to expand to make room for more exhibitors, thanks to broad acceptance of our return to the fall and move to a biennial show format," said David Seckman, President & CEO of FPSA. "By expanding further into the South Hall, we're opening up new exhibiting opportunities for suppliers to the food industry and building an even better experience for our attendees who come to PROCESS EXPO in search of manufacturing solutions."
Suppliers of food processing and packaging equipment have signed on in record numbers to exhibit at PROCESS EXPO 2011, with space already surpassing the 2010 version by 60%. New exhibitors point to the presence of bellwether suppliers on the show floor as a major factor in deciding to commit to the 2011 show.
