Hampton, Va. January 2008 - Pressure Systems, manufacturer of KPSI Level and Pressure Transducers, has recently published its new catalog outlining the latest products and accessories of its waterMONITOR series. These products center around submersible datalogging level transducers with performance-enhanced accessories as well as the dataMONITOR field-grade handheld computer and K-ware software suite.

The new catalog provides product features for the waterMONITOR including its exceptional performance in a variety of wireless environments, such as well and down hole. With level ranges reaching 692 feet H2O, this device is capable of storing up to 400,000 scans with a level accuracy better than ±0.05% FS and a temperature accuracy of up to ±0.2°C, which is indicated in the catalogs' specification chart.

The literature also highlights the latest accessories for the waterMONITOR series including a cable attachment facilitating continuous readout, interface converters to enable communication with a variety of hosts, a communication cable assembly to efficiently extract data and a suspension wire assembly for long-term datalogging.

In addition, Pressure Systems' catalog showcases its dataMONITOR field-grade handheld computer designed for outdoor use by engineers, scientists and field service personnel. Weighing only 17 ounces, this compact, robust personal digital assistant is perfectly suited to configure, control and collect data from waterMONITOR transducers with the use of Windows Mobile 5.0.

Also illustrated in the literature is Pressure Systems' K-ware software suite including K-ware Mobile, a software program designed for handheld devices that enables field technicians easy access to site management tools required to collect data efficiently. Another component of this software package is K-ware Desktop, a fully functional applications program for the waterMONITOR Series designed for desktop or laptop PCs with an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) for simplicity. The K-ware advanced program, also included in the software suite, enables advanced playback and barometric compensation functions as well as facilitates wireless communication with units in the field.

The waterMONITOR is RoHS compliant and meets CE requirements EN 61326-1:2003 and EN 613626-1:2001.
