Fairview, PA - February 18, 2009 - This system is designed to support customers who require specific pressure test parameters that are beyond the capability of manually operated systems.
This particular system was programmed to cycle between 1000 to 3000 psi for a predetermined number of cycles.
Pressure Range: 0 to 5,000 psig
Medium: Water or Oil
Flow Range: 0 to 160 in³/minute
Approximate Physical Size: 40" W x 24" D x 48" H
The system incorporates a Maximator air driven liquid pump that provides hydraulic force to maintain stored pressure in a pre-charged gas accumulator. This accumulator-pump source of hydraulic pressure energy is then controlled through an electronic pressure regulator to achieve desired outlet pressure excursions.
The system can be programmed to achieve selectable ramp rates, hold times, decay rates and repetitive cyclic loops for multiple cycle tests. The computer interface option allows for complete documentation and recording. This interface option can also be used for pressure control and programming purposes (a software program is included for use on a personal computer.)
Delivery time is estimated at 6 weeks with an approximate price of $ 30,000.
