Costly Provision on Job Creators Eliminated after President Signs 1099 Repeal
Washington, D.C., - National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) Senior Vice President for Policy and Government Relations Aric Newhouse issued the following statement after President Obama signed into law H.R.4, the Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act:

Since businesses of all sizes were already incurring costs to comply with the new rule, we are relieved that no more time passed.
