Los Altos, California & St. Paul, Minnesota - May 15, 2006 - Precise Automation, a leading innovator in low-cost, high performance automation, and Power/mation, a leading industrial automation provider since 1961, have entered into a distribution agreement. This agreement allows Power/mation to sell and support Precise Automation's products in the northern United States. These products include PrecisePlace robots, Guidance motion controllers and PreciseVision software.
